Provision of authorisation code (UDAI)
Registrars must pass on the authorisation code (UDAI) to Registrants whenever a new one is generated. This applies when a Registrar first connects to the .nz registry. As stated .nz domain name policy, the authorisation code (UDAI) must also be provided to Registrants on request. If the Registrar fails to provide an authorisation code (UDAI) to the Registrant, DNCL may do so.
Ensure registration information is up to date.
Domain name providers must ensure that information that populates registration records is accurate and complete.
Registrants must be contactable at the information that has been provided.
Inform DNC when:
When the ownership, management or control changes for the company that is authorised as a .nz domain name provider
Of any security matters concerning Registrants and their information.
You intend to de-authorise as a provider.
