How do I transfer a domain name registered to a Struck-Off Company?
In consultation with the Treasury, DNCL has developed a process for updating .nz domain names where the Registrant company has been struck off the New Zealand Companies register.
This process allows the domain name registration to move from the struck off company to a former director or shareholder of the company in question.
